Tangy Glazed Grilled Turkey
Ingredients: 1/3 cup Dijon mustard 4 tablespoons honey 1 tablespoon chopped fresh oregano 1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic powder 1/4 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper Dash of Sea Salt 1 teaspoon water 1 pound turkey breast slices, cut into 4 serving pieces Step-By-Step Instructions: Heat grill. Place mustard in a small mixing bowel add honey and mix. Blend in water. Be sure to blend water into mustard and honey mixture well so no water is standing on top of mixture. Add oregano, garlic powder and cayenne pepper. Stir until all ingredients have been blended well. Coat turkey slices on both sides with mustard honey mixture reserving some for basting during grilling. Place the turkey breast slices on the grill over medium heat. Cook 6 to 8 minutes or until juice runs clear. Baste turkey slices during grilling being sure to flip each slice after basting. Serving Suggestion: Can be served on a bed of mixed lettuces and garnished with scored sliced cucumbers and grape tomatoes for a summertime treat. Enjoy!
