Nutty Sweet Potatoes
Your loved ones will go 'nuts' over this quick-and-easy side dish! Ingredients: 2 (15 oz.) cans sweet potatoes with juice, cut into 1/2 inch chunks 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar 1/2 cup butter, melted 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves 1/2 cup chopped pecans Directions: Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees (F) Layer potatoes, pecans, brown sugar in a casserole dish and drizzle with melted butter. Sprinkle with ground cinnamon and cloves. Bake uncovered at 375 degrees F for 40 minutes. |
